AI interview practice · EN & DE

Walk into your real interview having already done it.

RoleReply builds a realistic voice interview from your CV and the job you want — an interviewer who probes your weak spots, interrupts politely, and tolerates your thinking pauses. Afterwards: an honest scorecard and answer-by-answer coaching, explained in your language.

How it works

Three steps. About twenty minutes.

Upload your CV & the job

PDF, DOCX, or pasted text. The interviewer studies both and plans exactly what to probe — the gaps, the thin claims, the missing skills. Like a real interviewer the night before.

Talk. Out loud. For real.

A realtime voice conversation — she greets you, follows up on your answers, challenges vague ones, and respects the format. Pausing to think is fine. She waits.

Read your assessment

A hiring-rubric scorecard with written justifications, what worked and what was missing per answer, a stronger example for each — plus your pace, fillers, and pauses, measured.

Why it works

Built like a real interview, scored like a real rubric

It reads your CV like a skeptic

Employment gaps, short stints, skills listed but never proven — the interviewer finds them and asks. Better to face it here first.

Honest scores, explained

No participation trophies. Every score comes with a written “because…” — and a concrete example of a stronger answer.

Your voice, measured

Words per minute, filler words, longest pause, answer length — counted by code, not vibes, and turned into one actionable tip each.

Interview in DE/EN, feedback in Shqip

Practice in the language of the job. Understand every nuance of the coaching in the language you think in.

Progress you can see

Scores, fillers, and weak skills tracked across sessions — watch “needs practice” become “ready”.

Your data stays yours

Delete any interview — or your whole account — with one click. Transcripts auto-purge after the retention window. GDPR isn't a badge here; it's the schema.

No hidden earpieces. No “undetectable copilots.”
You, prepared.

Tools that whisper answers during a real interview put your offer — and your reputation — at risk, and leave you exactly as unprepared as before. RoleReply is the opposite bet: practice hard before, so you don't need to cheat during. That's why coaches and universities can recommend it.

FAQ

Fair questions

Does it actually feel like a real interview?

It's a realtime voice conversation, not a form. The interviewer greets you, reacts to what you actually said, asks follow-ups, politely interrupts if you ramble, and waits when you pause to think. Most people forget it's practice about two questions in.

Is this one of those tools that helps me cheat live?

No — deliberately. RoleReply is a preparation tool you use before the real interview, never during it. We think whisper-copilots are bad for candidates and worse for careers.

Which languages are supported?

Interviews in English or German. Feedback reports in Albanian, English, or German — chosen separately, because practicing in the job's language and understanding coaching in your own are different needs.

How is my interview scored?

Before your session, the system builds a scorecard from the job description — criteria with explicit “what good looks like” anchors. Afterwards, a separate evaluator scores your transcript against those anchors and explains every score. The interviewer never scores you; the scorer never talks to you.

What happens to my CV and recordings?

Your CV text is used to build your interviews and nothing else. You can delete any session — transcript, report, everything — or your entire account at any time, and old transcripts purge automatically. Audio recording is off unless you opt in.

How much does it cost?

Credits, not subscriptions — €5 for one interview, €12 for three, €21 for six. Interview prep is a sprint of a few weeks; you shouldn't pay in July for an interview you had in March. Beta accounts start with 1 free interview.
