What RoleReply is — and is not

RoleReply is a practice and preparation tool: you rehearse job interviews with an AI interviewer before your real interview and receive feedback afterwards. It is not permitted to use RoleReply, or any part of it, as a hidden assistant during a live, real interview or assessment. Accounts used that way may be terminated without refund.

Your account

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person.

Credits and payment

Interviews cost credits. Credits are purchased via Stripe at the prices shown at checkout, are personal, non-transferable, and do not expire during the beta. If a session fails for technical reasons before a usable interview took place, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance. Purchased credits are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law (including EU withdrawal rights, which you waive for credits already consumed).

Your content

You retain all rights to your CV, job descriptions, and interview answers. You grant us only the limited license needed to run your sessions and generate your reports. Do not upload content you have no right to use, or another person's data without their consent.

AI-generated content

Interview questions, scores, and feedback are generated by AI. They are practice aids, not professional career advice, and may contain errors. Hiring decisions, salary outcomes, and interview results with real employers are outside our control and responsibility.

Acceptable use

No abusive, unlawful, or discriminatory content; no attempts to extract our prompts, overload the service, or circumvent credit accounting; no automated scraping of the AI interviewer.

Availability & liability

The service is provided “as is” during the beta. We depend on third-party AI providers and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

Termination & changes

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page (all data is erased). We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
